These are foods that are closer to their natural state (original-grown form) like fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts/seeds, and pastured or organic dairy, eggs, meats, poultry, and fish.

Balanced Eating
Eat balanced, filling meals that include a mix of different categories of foods to better meet your nutrient needs [Include healthy, whole-food snacks if calorie & nutrient needs are not being met with 3 meals].
Consume
Consume at least half your lean body weight (lbs) in water via pure water, unsweetened teas, and water-rich foods.

Eliminate or minimize intake of highly processed, pre-packaged foods.

7 – 8 hours per day.
